Long (Hiệp Trần Nghĩa), a Vietnamese driver in Southern California, gets a late-night call asking for a ride. Already in his pajamas, he reluctantly accepts the job, picking up a man, Tây (Dustin Nguyen), and his two companions. But the men, recently escaped inmates from the Orange County Jail, take Long hostage at gunpoint, enlisting him in their escape plan. When complications arise, the escapees and their hostage hide out in a motel, and a tense waiting game begins.
